The apartment is situated in a quiet side street in Berlin´s district Charlottenburg which is the centre of the western part of the town. Excellent connections by bus and underground make sure that you can reach very easily most of the points of interest in Berlin, including the 2 airports and the railwaystation.
Arrival:
- by car from North, West, South (Munich):
When arriving at the inner circle A100 (Stadtring) take exit 6 "Spandauer Damm". Driving eastwards you will pass the castle, then on "Otto-Suhr-Allee" you pass the city hall of Charlottenburg, and immediately behind you turn to the left into "Warburgzeile". Then you have to turn to the right on to a street called "Alt-Lietzow". The overnext to the right is "Guerickestrasse".
-by car from East and South (Dresden):
From autobahn A10 or A13 at Kreuz Schönefeld to A113, then on to the inner circle (Stadtring) A100 until exit 14 "Konstanzer Straße". For 5 km you have to follow now straight ahead "Konstanzer Strasse" - "Leibniz Strasse" - "Cauer Strasse". After crossing "Otto-Suhr-Allee" you have to turn left into the next street which is "Guerickestrasse".
-by train from the central railway station (Hauptbahnhof):
Take the airport express bus TXL until the stop "U-Bahnhof Turmstrasse", there you take the bus 101 and go 5 stops until "Guerickestrasse". You have to turn to the right (driving direction) into this street.
-by plane from airport Tegel (TXL):
Take the express bus direction "Alexanderplatz" called "Bus TXL" until it stops at "U-Bahnhof Turmstrasse", There you change into bus 101. Go until bus stop "Guerickestrasse" You have to turn to the right (driving direction) into this street.
-by plane from airport Schönefeld (SXL):
From Schönefeld railway station (5 min walk or Shuttle Bus) take the express train to Charlottenburg station. From there take a taxi or walk 300 m to underground station "Wilmersdorfer Strasse" and take for 2 stops U7 in direction "Rathaus Spandau". Getting off at "Richard-Wagner-Platz" you have to walk along "Otto-Suhr-Allee" and to turn left at "Warburgzeile". Then you have to turn right into a street called "Alt-Lietzow". The overnext to the right is "Guerickestrasse".
